You have an opportunity to buy furniture, fixtures, materials and accessories
at wholesale price plus 20% upcharge

75% deposit is required on wholesale items with the remainder due at time of
delivery

You can set up an open interior design contract stating that I am
authorized to use your credit card, or cash, for purchases

There are no returns on wholesale and custom items
